INTRODUCTION
The Volkswagen Beetle 1303 was the last type of the classic Beetle that was made. Introduced in 1972 it could be easily identified by the wide dashboard and the curved windshield. The coupé version was made until 1978, while the Convertible was kept in production by the coachbuilder Karmann until 1980.

This Volkswagen Beetle 1303 Convertible was first registered in 1976. Fitted with the reliable 1.200 cc boxer engine coupled to a 4-speed gearbox. It has the desirable classic combination of a black exterior with beige convertible top and cognac skai seats. Imported into Holland in 2008 and Dutch registered, it has been part of the Gentleman Collection ever since. It is the ideal entry level car for driving a classic car during the summer.
